First Team

Delaney Carle (Candice Monhollan)

Forwards
Michaela Caldwell (Conestoga, Jr.): Cladwell is known for her goal scoring as she potted 35 her freshman year and 40 her sophomore year. Now, as a junior, she went even higher as she put 63 goals past goaltenders and added two more during the Flyers Cup tournament. At this rate, an 80+ goal season isn’t a stretch for her final season.

Kaitlyn O’Donohoe (Bishop Shanahan, 8th): O’Donohoe burst onto the girls scene as just an eighth grader and stunned the league by leading her team in goals (25) and points (33). Again, she’s just an eighth grader. She was also part of the dominant Bishop Shanahan team which won its first Girls Varsity championship in team history this year.

Delaney Carle (Downingtown West, Fr.): Carle joined the team her eighth-grade year and posted a surprising 16 points before become a freshman phenom with 23 goals and 29 points, leading her team in both of those categories.

Defensemen
Katie Stueve (Downingtown East, Sr.): Even with her senior year cut short with a season-ending injury, Stueve was still able to post numbers only one other defenseman was able to beat in the league, and that was by just two points. She most likely would have led all ‘D’ in the league had two separate injuries not kept her from playing all the games.

Catherine Ward (Unionville, Sr.): There’s no denying Ward got increasingly better in each of her seasons with Unionville, posting higher point totals each year, and has been a stable force on the blue line, earning her the captaincy this season. She also led the team back to a Flyers Cup Girls Championship title after losing it last season.

Goaltender
Sara Petrondi (Bishop Shanahan, Sr.): Petrondi was key in Bishop Shanahan’s first championship as she backstopped them through the playoffs and to that game, turning away all but one shot. She finished the season third in the league in goals-against (2.56), but led all goaltenders with 13 wins. As one of the first players on Bishop Shanahan when the team formed, it’s fitting she would captain the team to its first championship.
