No. 1 Vancouver Canucks at No. 2 San Jose Sharks
GAME 4: VAN 4 – SJS 2

SAN JOSE – When you see a team out-shoots the other by a margin of 35-13, it would be pretty tough to believe they lost 4-2. But that’s the case as the Sharks fired 35 at Roberto Luongo, but the Canucks were able to take advantage of their few shots and skate away with the win.

Scoring three 5-on-3 goals in a span of 1:55, the Canucks took a 3-0 lead in the second period and they held on to that lead. Ryan Kesler scored the first and Sami Salo tallied the other two.

Alex Burrows gave the Canucks a 4-0 lead 5:43 into the third period.

Andrew Desjardins broke the shutout when he scored his first of the postseason and Ryane Clowe scored the second for the Sharks.

NEXT GAME: Tuesday at 9 p.m.

EAST:

3. Boston Bruins – 2
