No. 1 Vancouver Canucks at No. 5 Nashville Predators
GAME 6: VAN 2 – NSH 1

NASHVILLE – For the first time in 17 years and only third time in franchise history, the Canucks are advancing to the Conference Finals.

Ryan Kesler, who is making a very good case for the Conn Smythe, put the Canucks on his back as he helped charge the team to the next round. He had a hand in both goals and was all over the ice. He posted 11 points in the six-game series.

The Canucks scored all their goals in the first period from Mason Raymond and a Daniel Sedin.

The Predators were about to cut the lead in half with David Legwand‘s goal in the second, but Roberto Luongo turned aside the remaining shots thrown his way.
