Chicks vs. Chicks – All-Star battle

This article can be found published on Chicks Who Give a Puck.

ASG

In a league where there are 30 teams and many stars, two captains will lead two groups of Chicks to draft their NHL All-Star teams to win the ultimate bragging rights.

Eight Chicks divided into two teams to hold their own All-Star draft. The rules were followed the same as in the game:

  1. The draft will consist of 21 rounds (This is different from the game because our draft began before captains and alternates were announced).
  2. Two forwards and one defensemen must have a letter.
  3. Each team will draft 12 forwards, six defensemen and three goalies.
  4. All goaltenders must be drafted by the 10th round.
  5. All defensemen must be drafted by the 15th round.
  6. An additional rule was added by the Chicks that if a player was already drafted by a team, but pulls out of the All-Star Game, during the team’s next turn, they will select a replacement from the pool of players as well as a player for the current round.

During the All-Star Game, the Chicks will keep tally on the points each player scores and add them to the appropriate team to see who will win the bragging rights for the season.

Make sure you keep checking back during the SuperSkills and All-Star Game to see how each team is doing!
